Five young Chechens were captured and taken away in unknown direction in Ordzhonikidzevskaya village

On August 21, 2003 Russian officials of power structures captured and took away in an unknown direction five young Chechens in the village of Ordzhonikidzevskaya of the Sunzhensky region of Ingushetia. And at least two of them were injured by the military men.

Names of three of the detained men became known yesterday. They are Kerimov Salam Israilovich, 1985 year born, Patsayev Adam Muradovich, 1984 year born, and Idigov Ibragim Abbasovich, 1983 year born. They all are own nephews of the special representative of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria in the PACE Vagap Tutakov, who has an inspection trip to the Chechen Republic now.

To all appearances, it is decided to put pressure upon Tutakov, who came to Chechnya with his personal security guaranteed by the High Commissioner of the Council of Europe and his visit approved by the Russian President's Administration.

Relatives of Kerimov, Patsayev, and Edigov have tried to get information from local authorities on the whereabouts and further destiny of the young people captured by the Russian military men, but they have failed.
