In Krasnodar, Tuapse hostel dweller pickets Territory's Court

Today, Anatoly Malyshev, a resident of Tuapse, has held a solo picket opposite the building of the Krasnodar Territorial Court. He tried to draw the attention of the executive and judicial powers to the problem of the tenants who are evicted from the hostel located in Zvezdnaya Street.

Anatoly Malyshev was holding a poster: "We are for fair trial, not for judicial arbitrariness".

"I'd like the Tuapse Court to act in strict conformity with the laws and take our claims to consideration," said Malyshev to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent. "I also want the Territory's authorities pay attention to our problems."

We remind you that on March 17, during forced eviction of his family from the hostel Anatoly Malyshev made an attempt of self-immolation. Now, he estimates his health condition as very poor.

At present, the Malyshev family is considered resettled. According to Anatoly, instead of a former two-room apartment they are offered a room of 12 square meters in the so-called resettlers' fund. Anatoly has a wife and two adult children. Besides, one cannot get registered while living in resettlers' premises, and the house, where the room is offered, according to Anatoly, is close to the emergency condition.
