“RusHydro” Company requests public apologies from Nalchik resident for disrespect for Russian anthem

An employee of the “RusHydro” Company’s branch in Nalchik disgraced his colleagues by disrespecting the Russian anthem at a school graduation event, the “RusHydro” Company claims. The employee has been requested to voice public apologies.

On July 6, the police drew up protocols against several residents of Nalchik who did not get up from their chairs in a school hall during the performance of the Russian anthem at an event organized to celebrate the end of the school year.

Among the eight persons who continued to sit during the performance of the Russian anthem was a chief of a “RusHydro” Company’s department, the “Mash Gor” Telegram channel reported.

“The employee of the company’s branch in Kabardino-Balkaria disgraced the company and insulted the team of 70,000 power engineers, who, with their conscientious work, ensure the operation of the most complex facilities and the energy sovereignty of the country around the clock,” the “RusHydro” company stated in its Telegram channel.

The company’s energy workers “expect public apologies from the employee to society and the team.” “And explanations of the reasons for inappropriate behaviour,” reported the press service for the “RusHydro” Company.
