Kevin Lik, 18, a Maykop resident, convicted of treason, has been transferred to serve his sentence from Adygea to a penal colony located in the Arkhangelsk Region.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on December 28, 2023, the court sentenced Kevin to four years in jail. His mother said the verdict would be appealed against.

Kevin Lik was transferred from the SIZO (pre-trial prison) in Adygea to the Arkhangelsk Region, his support group reported in its Telegram channel "Kevin Lik's Story".

The German Consulate is monitoring the situation. Presumably, during the transfer, Kevin Lik will be temporarily placed into the SIZO in Volgograd.

Let us remind you that Kevin Lik was born in Germany, he has German and Russian citizenships. The prosecution has concluded that the teenager had helped Germany in "activities directed against the security of the Russian Federation." According to investigators, as a schoolboy, Lik monitored the local military unit and made photos of its facilities.
