Telegram users surprised by Adam Kadyrov being awarded by Rashid Temrezov
Adam Kadyrov, a son of the leader of Chechnya, was awarded the Order of Merit for the Karachay-Cherkessian n Republic, announced Rashid Temrezov, the leader of the region. Telegram users called for the merits of 15-year-old Adam Kadyrov to be listed.
The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that in August, Nikita Zhuravel, a resident of Volgograd, was beaten in a Grozny SIZO (pre-trial prison). On September 25, Ramzan Kadyrov stated that Nikita Zhuravel was beaten by Adam Kadyrov and praised his 15-year-old son for the beating. On October 6, Russian State Duma member Adam Delimkhanov announced that Adam Kadyrov had been awarded the title of Hero of Chechnya.
On October 19, Tatarstan parliament member Azat Khamaev criticized the awarding of Adam Kadyrov with the title of hero “for beating a man.” However, the MP apologized for his criticism after Rustam Minnikhanov, the leader of the republic, stated that Azat Khamaev’s statement had nothing to do with the position of the republic’s Muslims.
Rashid Temrezov, the leader of Karachay-Cherkessia, has announced the award to Adam Kadyrov in his Telegram channel, stating that Adam is a “true patriot.”
In their comments, some Telegram users expressed their bewilderment at Rashid Temrezov’s decision. “I would like to learn more about Adam’s merits for the Karachay-Cherkessian Republic,” wrote user No name.
The awarding of Adam Kadyrov from the regions is taking on the character of a flash mob, notes an administrator of the Telegram channel of the Dagestani weekly newspaper “Chernovik” (Rough Draft).
