City Day in Grozny becomes backdrop for celebrating Kadyrov’s birthday
Grozny hosted ceremonial events on the occasion of the 205th anniversary of the city, which were highlighted by congratulations on the birthday of the leader of the republic and awards for his children.

On October 5, on the day of the celebration of Grozny City Day, Ramzan Kadyrov announced that, among other officials, he awarded his daughter Khadizhat Kadyrova, who in December 2020 headed the department of preschool education in Grozny. She was awarded the honorary title of “Honoured Officer in Social Sphere”.

Adam Delimkhanov, the advisor to the leader of Chechnya, congratulated Akhmat Kadyrov on being awarded the honorary title of “Honoured Officer in the Sphere of Youth Policy in Chechnya.”
“This high award testifies to his significant contribution to the development of youth policy in the region,” wrote Adam Delimkhanov in his Telegram channel.
Let us remind you that on October 2, the leader of Chechnya announced that Aishat Kadyrova would be appointed the Deputy Prime Minister of Chechnya for the social block and that Musa Dadaev, the former Deputy Prime Minister, would replace her, heading the Ministry of Culture of the republic. On the other day, Ramzan Kadyrov also announced that he had awarded Aishat Kadyrova the title of People’s Artist of Chechnya.
