Law enforcers' losses in CTO in Ingushetia increase

Three policemen have perished and eight wounded during the counterterrorist operation (CTO) conducted in the Malgobek District of Ingushetia, a law enforcement source has informed.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that since April 3, the CTO regime is in force in the Malgobek District. Law enforcers are looking for alleged attackers on the DPS (road-and-patrol service) traffic police post, who wounded a policeman and fled. Tonight, law enforcers reported that the wanted attackers were blocked in a house in the village of Zyazikov-Yurt and entered a shootout.

Three policemen have perished and eight others were wounded, the RIA "Novosti" has reported.

Let us remind you that after the attack on the DPS post located on the North-Ossetian-Ingush border committed in March, law enforcers announced that six residents of Ingushetia were wanted on suspicion of preparing terror acts: Mikail Moshkhoev, Ramazan Eldiev, Amir Bokov, Amirkhan Gurazhev, Adam Ozdoev and Movsar Kottoev. On March 29, Eldiev was found dead; and on April 5, information appeared that another member of the grouping, presumably Movsar Kottoev, was also found dead.
