Court dismisses claim of mobilized resident of Volgograd Region to military registration and enlistment office

The Volgograd Garrison Military Court did not grant a claim filed by Dmitry Denisov, who was mobilized with chronic diseases. His defender intends to request a military medical examination.

22-year-old Dmitry Denisov asks the court to recognize a call for mobilization as illegal. The young man was called up without any medical examination, although he stated that he suffered from serious chronic diseases.

Lawyer Vadim Goncharov insisted that the decision of the draft board was illegal, since his client was not subjected to a medical examination.

Dmitry Denisov himself said that he was treating a sore throat and that his chronic diseases had also worsened. The young man complained that his “legs hurt and his heart hurts.”

However, according to the judge’s statement, the defence did not prove that Dmitry Denisov addressed the draft board with complaints about his health state, since that fact had not been documented.

The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that Gleb Guzenko, a resident of Volgograd, requests the court to recognize the decision on a call for mobilization invalid. The draft board declared him fit for service with minor restrictions.

Mobilized driver Anton Kibenko, who has been enrolled in a military unit since October 2022, is defending his right to a deferment in court, since his profession provides for a deferment from mobilization. Anton Kibenko suffers from health problems and has not passed any medical examination, his spouse emphasizes.

Sergey Tkachyov, a father of four children from the Volgograd Region, tried to challenge the call for mobilization, but the courts did not grant his claim.
