Wife of a man mobilized from Volgograd Region demands to return him home

Pavel Kozachkov, a resident of the Volgograd Region, was mobilized, but during the medical examination, he was diagnosed with multiple diseases. In December, at a request of the prosecutor’s office, the draft commission decided to send Pavel Kozachkov home, but he is still in the military unit, his wife says.

In the Volgograd Region, Pavel Kozachkov, a 42-year-old engineer, a father of two children, who did not serve in the army, was mobilized. The wife of Pavel Kozachkov is seeking his return home due to his poor health, journalist Ksenia Sobchak reports in her Telegram channel.

The prosecutor’s office requested the draft commission to eliminate the violations, and on December 5, Pavel Kozachkov wrote a letter of resignation. “Nevertheless, he is still in the military unit. His health state is deteriorating, and according to the recent examinations, he suffered a stomach ulcer on his feet during the military service,” his wife emphasized.

According to the woman, her husband is constantly threatened to be sent to the zone of the special military operation.

The “Caucasian Knot” has also reported that mobilized driver Anton Kibenko, enrolled in a military unit near Volgograd since October 2022, is defending in court his right to a deferment, since his profession provides for a reservation from mobilization. Anton Kibenko suffered from health problems and did not pass the military medical commission, but a certificate appeared in the file that the man was healthy and fit for the military service, and the military commissar accused him of leaving the military unit without permission, his wife said. Human rights defender Igor Nagavkin associated the pressure on the family with Anton Kibenko’s complaint about the forgery of documents by the military commissar.
