Terrorist act in Mozdok was committed by Shamil Basayev?s confidant ? Khromoy
On August 5 information appeared that the third suspect was detained in the case on the act of terrorism committed in Mozdok on August 1.
In the course of investigation irrefutable proofs were obtained that the field commander Shamil Basayev was privy to the organization of the explosion. Law-enforcement organs became aware of the fact that one of Shamil Basayev?s soldiers had used documents in Hasan Dadayev?s name while purchasing ?KamAZ? that had burst near the military hospital building. Officers of the criminal investigation department do not call the name of the detained man, only his nickname ? Khromoy (Lame Man).
