Krasnodar woman fined for her comment in Telegram

A court has fined a resident of Krasnodar by 30,000 roubles for an approving comment in the Telegram to the post about setting fire to a banner with the letter Z.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 4, 2022, administrative liability was introduced for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces, after which residents of Russia, including those in Kuban (Krasnodar Territory), began to be prosecuted under this article. The Krasnodar Territory is in the top ten Russian regions where most such cases have been opened.

The woman has been fined by 30,000 roubles for discrediting the Russian Army. This judgement was made by the Prikubansky District Court of Krasnodar, the "Kavkaz.Realii"* project has written.

The reason for drawing up a protocol against Natalia Snisar, a resident of Krasnodar, was her comments in the Telegram. In particular, in the pacifist channel, she posted an approving comment under the post about the arson of the banner with the letter Z.

Let us remind you that the above article on discrediting the Russia Armed Forces is dangerous because its repeated violation within a year entails already criminal prosecution.
