Sources confirm Tumso Abdurakhmanov's murder

Information about the murder of the blogger, Tumso Abdurakhmanov, committed in Sweden has been confirmed by his associates.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on December 1, information appeared on the Internet about the murder of the Chechen blogger, Tumso Abdurakhmanov, who lived in Sweden. At the same time, the "Vayfond" Association and the Assembly of European Chechens noted that these posts did not look reliable.

According to Abdurakhmanov's associates, the blogger was shot dead at night on December 2.

The information about the murder of Abdurakhmanov looks reliable, says a Telegram channel that criticizes Chechen authorities. "Tumso was shot dead at night by a group of people, and at the moment the details of the murder are being investigated," the statement said.

The fact that Mukhammad, Tumso Abdurakhmanov's brother, became unavailable was also announced by the "Vayfond" Chechen Human Rights Association, based in Sweden.

Let us remind you that on October 7, 2021, it became known that Tumso Abdurakhmanov received political refugee status in Sweden. On February 26, 2020, the blogger was attacked, but he managed to disarm Ruslan Mamaev, who had broken into his apartment with a hammer.
