Chechen law enforcer calls to execute Yangulbaevs
Rustam Aguev, the head of the Kurchaloi ROVD (District Interior Division), has addressed the Chechens living in Europe and called on them to "cut off the heads" of Yangulbaevs and bring them to the republic. Those who would not do this are cowards, the high-ranking law enforcer has stated.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 1, the Chechen officials sharply condemned the members of the Yangulbaev family and cursed and insulted its members, threatening to execute them. Ramzan Kadyrov compared the members of the Yangulbaev family with Khattab and Basaev. On February 2, residents of Chechnya went out to a rally in central Grozny on order to voice curses, following the republic's leadership, against the Yangulbaev family. The pro-government Chechen media have treated the rally as spontaneous and reported that 400,000 people took part therein.

Aguev posted his video message on February 4 in stories in his Instagram page.
"I appeal to Chechens, worthy men living in Europe. If you meet these hares (Yangulbaevs), cut off their heads and bring them to us," the "Sota" Telegram channel has translated Aguev's words.
He accused those who remain passive of cowardice. "I appeal to those who see all this and just observe. Why are you inactive?" says the translation.
