Law enforcers scold Gudermes girls for video on balcony of high-rise building

In Gudermes, law enforcers took three 14-year-old girls to the police; one of them posted a video filmed on the edge of the balcony; and their parents were brought to responsibility. Instagram users who watched the video clip reproached their parents for their poor control over the teenagers.

A video in which a girl sits with a phone in her hands on the edge of the balcony of a multi-storey building was spread over the WhatsApp.

All the three girls aged 14, together with their parents, were taken to the police station. One of the girls has explained that, sitting on the edge of the balcony, she was filming "statuses" on her phone.

Law enforcers conducted a prophylactic conversation with the girls. Their parents have been brought to administrative responsibility for improper performance of their child-rearing duties, the "Grozny-Inform" News Agency has reported.

The authors of many comments have criticized the heroine of the video, suggesting that she could fall down from the balcony; and her parents were reproached for poor control over the teenager.
