In Makhachkala, a schoolboy detained after killing his classmate

In one of the schools in Makhachkala, a ninth-grader wounded his classmate with a knife, and the victim died, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Dagestan reported. An investigation into the case on murder has been launched, the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) reported.

In Dagestan, the law enforcement bodies interrogate a ninth-grader who fatally stabbed his classmate with a knife, the press service for the Dagestani MIA reported. “A conflict took place between ninth-graders in the 51st school of the city of Makhachkala. A schoolboy, born in 2006, stabbed his classmate, born in 2007, with a knife. The latter died in hospital,” the spokesperson for the MIA of Dagestan reported as quoted by the “Interfax”.

Investigators instituted a case on the murder after the schoolboy had attacked his classmate with a knife at the school in Makhachkala, the TASS reported with reference to an official from the ICRF’s Investigating Department for Dagestan.
