KBR teenager publicly apologizes to Kadyrov

A minor resident of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) has asked Ramzan Kadyrov to forgive him for the video with insults, says the post in the Chechen Instagram public.

The video with the teen's apology was posted at night on June 11 in the page of the Instagram public eldit_net. "A few days ago, I filmed a video, in which I said unacceptable words about Ramzan Kadyrov. I shouldn't have behaved this way in relation to a person older than me. I've realized that I was wrong and I apologize," the teenager says in the video footage.

However, he did not specify where his video clip was posted. "A boorish teenager from KBR made insulting remarks the day before about the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov. Now he apologizes; and his KBR relatives have to blush," says, in particular, the description of the video clip.

We should remind you that residents of Chechnya themselves are also regularly apologizing for various misconducts and criticism of the authorities; and reports about this are published, in particular, by the republic's "Grozny" TV Channel. The report of the International Crisis Group "Chechnya: Inner Abroad", published in June 2015 on the "Caucasian Knot", noted that such apologies are the result of pressure and threats.
