Daudov and Delimkhanov demand from Ingush teip to stop criticizing Kadyrov

The teip (family clan) of Timurziev-Sultygov must stop criticizing Ramzan Kadyrov in Ingushetia, otherwise Chechen authorities will have to stop it, Magomed Daudov and Adam Delimkhanov said at a meeting on the occasion of reconciliation of the blood feudists in Grozny.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on December 28, 2020, policemen were attacked in Grozny. One of them died, the other was seriously wounded. Both attackers, natives of Ingushetia, Timurziev brothers, were also killed. Relatives of the deceased policeman, Magomed Djabrailov, declared a blood feud to the brothers' relatives, while relatives of the wounded policeman, members of the teip Ersno, declared enmity with the Timurziev and Sultygov family clans. On January 7, members of the Timurziev-Sultygov teip came to Chechnya and reconciled with relatives of the killed and wounded policemen.

On January 8, the Chechen state "Grozny" TV Channel aired a special report on the reconciliation of Ingush and Chechen teips. Their meeting was also attended by Magomed Daudov, Speaker of the Chechen Parliament, and Adam Delimkhanov, the deputy head of Chechen Government.

Magomed Daudov called on the members of the Ingush delegation to stop criticizing the head of Chechnya in Ingushetia. "He sat down and said: 'Ramzan had treacherously taken land from Ingushes', Mr Daudov quoted one of Kadyrov's critics, without naming him. He threatened that the critic would "have to answer" for his criticism.

Adam Delimkhanov has also called on the members of the Ingush delegation to stop criticizing Ramzan Kadyrov. "I have a personal request to you so that those who spread gossips stop doing this. It's not our mission to come and stop your brothers – you yourself should control what is happening there," Mr Delimkhanov has stated.
