Kadyrov's daughter heads department of preschool education in Grozny
Another Ramzan Kadyrov's daughter has received a high post. Khadizhat Kadyrova has been appointed to head the Grozny City Department of Preschool Education.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 1, Ramzan Kadyrov announced the appointment of his 21-year-old daughter Aishat to the post of the first deputy minister of culture of Chechnya. Instagram users stated that the appointment was due exclusively with the family ties of Aishat Kadyrova.
Almost the entire ruling system in Chechnya is tied personally to Ramzan Kadyrov and people close to him. According to the BBC Russian Service, out of 158 high-ranking officials in Chechnya, 30% are Kadyrov's relatives, 23% are his fellow villagers, and other 12% are his friends and their relatives.
Aslanbek Djunaidov, the chairman of the republic's governmental committee on preschool education, has announced the appointment of Khadizhat Kadyrova to the post of head of the preschool education department in Grozny. He congratulated her and wished her "professional achievements and victories."
The appointment of Khadizhat Kadyrova has continued the trend of appointing relatives of the head of Chechnya to high republic's posts. In 2020 alone, several of Kadyrov's relatives took responsible posts. Thus, on July 4, Kadyrov appointed his relative Khas-Magomed Kadyrov, who had earlier been Mayor of the city of Argun, to the post of secretary of the republic's Security Council. In February, Kadyrov's nephews became the Minister of Physical Culture and Sports of Chechnya and the head of the administration of the head and government of the republic, and his cousin became the Minister of Education.
