At least 17 persons fell victim to missile attack on Azerbaijani village

Four residents of the village of Garayusifli of the Barda District, including a child, have perished; 13 others more were wounded in a shelling, the Azerbaijani Ministry for Emergencies (MfE) and Khikmet Gadjiev, an assistant to the president, have reported.

On October 26, a new agreement on a humanitarian truce in the Karabakh conflict zone entered into force, but already in the first hours after it, the parties exchanged accusations of violating the truce.

Khikmet Gadjiev, the assistant to the President of Azerbaijan on foreign policy in the presidential administration, has confirmed, in his micro-blog on the Twitter, the death of a child in the missile attack.

However, in his post, published at 6:26 p.m. Moscow time, he cited other somewhat different data on the victims – four killed, including a two-year-old child, and 13 wounded persons.
