Woman from Baksan complains about criminal prosecution of her son

Leila Djash, the head of the Baksan branch of the Association of Victims of Political Repression, has treated the criminal prosecution of her son Khasan for theft as illegal. According to her version, her son's signatures under the confession protocol had been forged.

Leila Djash told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that a criminal case was initiated against her son Khasan Djash, born in 1987, on the theft of 42 foundation blocks.

According to Leila, in 2017, her son got a job as a labourer in the administration of the city of Baksan. At the direction of his bosses, he demolished the illegally built garages, and took the garbage to the landfill. As Leila asserts, her son had nothing to do with stealing the foundation blocks.

According to her story, the protocol states that her son had allegedly made a confession to committing the theft, but Leila asserts that the protocol was a fake; and her son's thereto were forged.
