Law enforcers report about eyewitness of attack on National Guard fighter in Ingushetia

In Ingushetia, when a fighter of the National Guard of Russia was attacked, there was a young woman in his car, and she managed to flee, sources from the law enforcement bodies reported.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that according to investigators, unidentified persons who shot and killed the fighter of the National Guard of Russia on the outskirts of the Yandare village stole his service weapon.

On July 28, the 32-year-old law enforcer was attacked near the "Caucasus" highway on the outskirts of the Yandare village. The man died on the spot, the Investigating Department for Ingushetia of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) reported.

A young woman was travelling in the car of the killed fighter of the National Guard of Russia, a source from the law enforcement bodies reported. "The young woman who was travelling in the car together with the fighter of the National Guard of Russia managed to jump out of the car and run away," the TASS reports.

A discovery of a camouflaged dugout was also reported, which most likely belonged to the people involved in the murder of the fighter of the National Guard of Russia, the "Interfax-Yug" reports.

Today, the funeral of 32-year-old Uvais Aliev, Senior Lieutenant, has taken place in the village of Ekazhevo.

The law enforcement bodies did not rule out the connection of the attackers with extremists. Since the early 2020, the attack on the law enforcer in Ingushetia became the fourth incident in a row.
