Video with Ramzan Kadyrov, first within 11 days, proves version of his illness

The authorities of Chechnya had to reconsider their attitude to the coronavirus infection, Ramzan Kadyrov admitted during his first public speech after a pause. On the video, users of the social network noticed an object similar to a medical catheter on an arm of the Chechen leader.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on May 21, a source close to medical circles reported that Ramzan Kadyrov was under medical supervision because of suspected coronavirus. On May 26, after his long absence, the leader of Chechnya announced that he had held a meeting of the operational headquarters to combat the coronavirus infection.

In its news, broadcasted at 10:00 p.m. on May 26, the "Grozny" TV Channel presented a report from the meeting of the operational headquarters and a story about the transfer of resuscitation vehicles to 10 hospitals from the Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation. The report of the "Grozny" TV Channel was also posted on the public account eldit_net in Instagram, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reported.

At the meeting of the operational headquarters, Ramzan Kadyrov admitted that "three weeks ago," the Chechen authorities still "did not know what measures to take." "Today, there is already an understanding what to do," the leader of Chechnya said.

Instagram user teplo _._ drew attention to an object similar to a catheter on the Ramzan Kadyrov's arm. "Does anyone notice a catheter on his right arm?" the user wrote. "I noticed," answered user taisumovv_18.

Author of the "1ADAT" Telegram channel drew attention to the same detail. Today, a screenshot of the "Grozny" ChGTRK (Chechen TV and Radio Company) has been posted in Telegram. "We found a catheter on his right arm, which he so carefully hid," the post notes.
