Inauguration of NKR President passes amid protests

The NKR parliamentary and presidential elections were held on March 31, while the second round of presidential one – on April 14. Araik Arutyunyan, the former Prime Minister, won the majority of votes at the presidential election.

Observers and members of NKR oppositional parties reported violations during the vote.

Tigran Petrosyan, the chairman of the oppositional "Tomorrow's Artsakh" Party, has treated the flash mob as an action of opponents of the criminal oligarchic regime.
