The former employees of the "Kingcoal" Company have written an appeal to Rostov Region Governor Vasily Golubev and Russian President Vladimir Putin. The protestors demand to pay arrears of wages and compensations. The former miners are seeking the payment of 96 million roubles, and they already have court's decisions on the compensation payments due to them, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has been told by Tatiana Avachova, a member of the miners' initiative group.
In their appeal, the protestors threaten that "if the debts are not paid, the miners promise to vote against amendments to the Constitution of Russia, since the Constitution is not respected in the Rostov Region," states the appeal written by the initiative group of the former "Kingcoal" employees (a copy of the miners' appeal was received by the "Caucasian Knot").
