NKR authorities warn about restrictions on Armenian border

In connection with the ban on travels along streets introduced in Armenia, the authorities of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) have called on their citizens to return to the homeland. There are no coronavirus cases in the NKR, the republic's Ministry of Public Health has reported.

Analyzes of two NKR citizens, isolated on April 1 and 2, showed negative results for coronavirus, the press service of the Ministry of Public Health has informed. Analyzes were carried out in an Armenian laboratory.

"As of April 2, there was not a single case of coronavirus infection registered in the NKR," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed at the Ministry.

The NKR government has urged its citizens to return from Armenia to the homeland by the end of April 2, after which the travels across the border will be restricted by the Armenian police, the decision of the NKR government was announced by the information headquarters of the Interagency Commission to Prevent the New Coronavirus Spread.
