Two Ingush residents detained under Eldjarkiev’s murder case

Under the murder case of Ibragim Eldjarkiev, the head of the Ingush “E Centre”, law enforcers detained two residents of the republic, sources have reported.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that 12 suspects were arrested in the case on the assassination of Ibragim Eldjarkiev, the chief of the Ingush Centre "E". Entrepreneur Khasan Polonkoev was mentioned by the ICRF as the leader of the grouping involved in the assassination. In total, 30 people are suspected of involvement in the killing.

Ibragim Eldjarkiev was shot dead in Moscow on November 2. His brother Akhmed Eldjarkiev, a doctor at a Moscow hospital, also fell victim to the attack. The suspects were detained on January 14; and law enforcement bodies have operative information about their possible involvement in Eldjarkiev’s murder, which is now being verified, the RIA “Novosti” report referring its source in the republic’s law enforcement bodies.

The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that, according to sources, on January 13, within the Eldjarkiev’s murder case, law enforcers searched the house of Abo Aushev, who lives in the Nazran District of Ingushetia and had worked as a driver and security guard of Ibragim Belkharoev, who was killed in 2018.
