In August 2019, at least two persons fell victim to armed conflict in Northern Caucasus

At least two persons perished in the ongoing armed conflict in Northern Caucasus in August 2019. These are the results of the calculations run by the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from open sources.

In Ingushetia, in August 2019, during a counterterrorist operation (CTO), an alleged member of the armed underground was killed.

In Chechnya, a contract soldier of the 76th Guards Airborne Assault Division stepped on a mine and was killed by the explosion.

In August 2019, no victims of the armed conflict were recorded in Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia, North Ossetia-Alania and the Stavropol Territory.
