Makhi Idrisov supported by Chechen police boss
Apti Alaudinov, a deputy head of the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), has posted a group photo with Ramzan Kadyrov and Makhi Idrisov, who is suspected of arms trafficking, stating "temporary problems of his brother." The operative record, in which Idrisov treated himself as a jobless person and the arsenal seized from him as legal, has caused discontent among Instagram users.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 19, a source from the Dagestani MIA announced the detention of Makhi Idrisov, calling him a friend of Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya. The MIA claimed that Idrisov was a former vice president of the "Anji" Football Club (FC) from Makhachkala, but the FC stated that Idrisov had never worked there.
Idrisov's Instagram contains photos, from which it follows that he is a Kadyrov's friend.
On September 20, Police Major General, Apti Alaudinov, posted his photo with Ramzan Kadyrov and Makhi Idrisov on the Instagram. The high-ranking law enforcer said that he was advised to hide such photos, but he stressed that he would not do it.
Idrisov is suspected of illegal arms trafficking; he faces up to four years in prison.
Opinions of social networks users on whether his friendship with Kadyrov will help Idrisov have split.
