Chechen PO blames parents and teachers for brawl with shooting near school

Administrative cases have been initiated against the parents of the participants in the mass brawl that broke out near a Grozny school. The school managers failed to preserve the order during the exam, the Chechen Prosecutor' Office (PO) has stated.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on June 6, the conflict of nine-grade graduates with policemen near a school in Grozny ended in a scuffle with shooting. After the video thereof was posted in social networks, the incident caused resonance. Local residents have criticized law enforcers for using their firearms.

The investigating authorities have reported the outcomes of the check of the June 6 incident near a Grozny school.

The PO's report says about the initiation of administrative cases against the parents of the teenagers who started the brawl. A presentation has been sent to the head of the education department of the Grozny Mayoralty on the fact that the school managers, despite the requirements of the legislation, failed to take measures to ensure the law and order.

In their turn, local residents interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent have blamed school teachers and law enforcers for the incident.
