Resident of Chechnya tells about Kadyrov's broken promises

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, is unaware of the real situation in the republic: in spite of his orders, the problems of Kenkhi residents remain unresolved, said Ramazan Djalaldinov, a local resident.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in December 2018, a native of the village of Kenkhi, Sharoi District of Chechnya, complained that the problems of the village, inhabited by about 3000 Avar nationals, were ignored by the authorities of both Dagestan and Chechnya.

After in April 2016 Djalaldinov told about the disastrous situation in Kenkhi, Kadyrov declared 2016 to be the year of the Sharoi District.

On February 7, 2019, Djalaldinov posted photos of Kenkhi on his Facebook, showing ruined houses, noting that the promised new mosque was never built in the village.

Mr Djalaldinov has also complained to Musa Khanarikov, the Minister of Physical Culture and Sports, about the absence of a children's sports school in Kenkhi.
