Ramzan Kadyrov invites Khabib Nurmagomedov's assistant to "Akhmat" Club

The leader of Chechnya supported his fellow villager Zubair Tukhugov, who was dismissed from a battle at the UFC tournament after slapping fighter Conor McGregor. Ramzan Kadyrov advised Zubair Tukhugov to beat his offenders more strongly next time and invited him to fight for the "Akhmat" Club.

On October 7, at the UFC 229 tournament in Las Vegas, Dagestani fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov defeated Irish athlete Conor McGregor and thus retained the champion belt in lightweight. After the fight, a clash occurred between Khabib Nurmagomedov and members of the opposing team. Zubair Tukhugov, an assistant to Khabib Nurmagomedov, hit Conor McGregor. Zubair Tukhugov faced dismissal, but Khabib Nurmagomedov, disqualified for the clash for 10 days, stood up for him and threatened the UFC to break his contract.

UFC will not exclude Zubair Tukhugov from the tournament in order not to lose Khabib Nurmagomedov, believe journalist Alexander Avgustin and Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, a coach of the Dagestani fighter. Meanwhile, coachers and journalists interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot" stated that the Zubair Tukhugov's behaviour deserved the toughest sanctions.

The UFC Absolute Fighting Championship announced that on October 27, US athlete Michael Johnson would be an opponent of Russian fighter Artyom Lobov at the UFC Fight Night tournament instead of Zubair Tukhugov.

Ramzan Kadyrov supported Zubair Tukhugov in Instagram. According to the leader of Chechnya, the fighter was completely right when he hit Conor McGregor, but he did that too mildly.

In response, Zubair Tukhugov thanked Ramzan Kadyrov for his statement.
