Kadyrov explains Nurmagomedov's aggression on Timati by "weight cutting"

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has commented on the conflict between Timati and Khabib Nurmagomedov. According to Kadyrov, Nurmagomedov is nervous, as he is "cutting his body weight."

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that at the night on September 9, the label Black Star announced the cancellation of concerts of singer Yegor Krid and rapper Doni in Dagestan, explaining this decision by the turbulent situation in the region and fear for spectators' safety. Khabib Nurmagomedov, a mixed martial art (MMA) fighter, called the concert cancellation a "minor loss." On September 10, Timati, a performer and producer, urged Nurmagomedov to be tolerant and respect someone else's opinion, to which the fighter reacted with another sharp post on the Instagram.

In his account on the Instagram, Timati posted a video message of the Chechnya's leader, Ramzan Kadyrov, about the conflict of the producer with the MMA fighter.

Kadyrov has urged the parties in conflict "not to engage in nonsense." At the same time, he equated "guest performers" with terrorists, stated that they both are unwanted in the Caucasus.

"We'll establish order here, where we live – neither terrorists nor guest performers will come, nobody; it's better to welcome guests; we should develop the Caucasus and tourism. Therefore, let's live in peace," the head of Chechnya has stated.

According to Kadyrov, Nurmagomedov is nervous, because he is "cutting weight."
