Report on infection in Makhachkala arouses interest among social networks users
They are actively discussing the information about Makhachkala children's poisoning because of dirty water in the Caspian Sea. However, there is no official confirmation of this data.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in June, the court, at the demand of the prosecutor's office, obliged the organization named "Wastewater Treatment Facilities of Makhachkala-Kaspiysk Cities" to stop discharging sewage into the Caspian Sea. According to the prosecutor's office, this can lead to pollution of the sea and infectious diseases in people.
According to the regional "Rospotrebnadzor", on June 15, the water in the Caspian Sea within the boundaries of Makhachkala was dirty and infected. In was forbidden to swim and bathe on the city beaches.
An anonymous message posted on July 13 in the group "Voice of Dagestan" in the social network VKontakte called not to go to sea, because "there is an infection there."
In their comments, many users confirm the fact of poisoning after bathing; but there are those who consider this information to be a "canard". Some associate a possible infection with the very hot weather.
