Azerbaijan accuses Armenia of 90 bombardments

During the last 24 hours, positions of the Azerbaijani Army in three villages were shelled, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) has stated.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the parties to the Karabakh conflict regularly accuse each other of violating the ceasefire. Yesterday, on June 21, Azerbaijan counted 125 shelling episodes from Armenia during the past 24 hours. By June 16, Nagorno-Karabakh, after summing up its data for the past week, accused Azerbaijan of 250 ceasefire violations on June 10-16.

On June 21-22, the positions of the Azerbaijani Army deployed in the villages of Gyzylgadjily, Bala Djafarli and on the nameless heights of the Gazakh District, and in the village of Agdam of the Tovuz District and on the nameless heights of the Gedabek District were shelled, the website of the Azerbaijani MoD has reported today.

Let us remind you that after the April 2016 aggravation of the Karabakh conflict, the parties announced a truce, but it did not stop the confrontation.
