Authorities voice out conditions of negotiations with opposition (+video)

The Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) has offered protesters to start negotiating without any preconditions. Nikol Pashinyan has urged citizens to come to a rally in Yerevan, promising to make public the plan for the second phase of protests.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today numerous supporters of Nikol Pashinyan, an MP and the leader of the oppositional bloc "Elk", have come to a protest action in Yerevan and began blocking streets. However, Pashinyan urged them to restore normal motor traffic and avoid provocations.

"We are ready and open to talks and for a dialogue without preconditions. Our proposal remains in force, "said Eduard Sharmazanov, a vice speaker of the parliament and the press secretary of the ruling RPA.

However, Pashinyan's supporters insist that the only topic of the talks should be the RPA's removal from power. Today, Nikol Pashinyan has called on citizens to come to a rally, promising to announce the "road map" of the second phase of protests, the "Sputnik Armenia" reports.

"There will be no political bargaining; the revolution continues. All should come to Republic Square," the "Interfax" quotes Mr Pashinyan as saying today.
