Well-known Georgian rapper Kabu detained in France

In France and Greece, law enforcers have detained 38 citizens of Georgia and Armenia, suspected of apartment thefts, including Kakha Abuashvili, also known as rapper Kabu, the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has reported.

In France, 15 persons were detained, including 14 citizens of Georgia and a citizen of Armenia; and in Greece – 23 Georgian citizens, the Georgian "Public Broadcaster" has reported.

According to laws enforcers, the detainees robbed apartments and shops, and laundered money.

The "Sputnik-Georgia" has confirmed that the well-known Georgian rapper Kakha Abuashvili (Kabu) is among those detained in the French city of Rennes.
