Three Georgian warders detained on charge of torturing prisoners

A former director of the prison No. 6 in Rustavi and two of his former subordinates are detained on the charge of inhuman treatment of prisoners in 2006, the Georgian General Prosecutor's Office reports.

In November 2017, three former employees of the prison No. 6 in Rustavi were detained in the case. They pleaded guilty and cooperate with investigators, the "Sputnik-Georgia" reports with reference to the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office.
