Two Georgian citizens released from prison in Tskhinvali

Levan Kutashvili and Ioseb Pavliashvili have left a prison in Tskhinvali, but still stay in South Ossetia, the "Georgia Online" reports with reference to the State Security Service (SSS) of Georgia.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Levan Kutashvili and Ioseb Pavliashvili were detained together with Archil Tatunashvili, who on February 22 died in the hospital from heart failure. After his death, the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has issued a request to release Levan Kutashvili and Ioseb Pavliashvili immediately.

The Georgian MFA has also called on the authorities of South Ossetia not to create obstacles to the released Georgian citizens in crossing the border.
