A Russian citizen detained in Tbilisi denies having relationship with terrorists

A Russian citizen detained in Tbilisi on November 21 has confessed to storing weapon, but denies any contacts with the persons killed in a special operation. This has been reported by Georgian Ombudsman Ucha Nanuashvili.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 21 and 22, a special operation was conducted in Tbilisi, during which a special troops' fighter was killed and four others were wounded. Three suspected militants were killed, and another was detained.

According to local residents and Umar Idigov, the chairman of the "Caucasus Integration Foundation", the special operation was conducted against natives from Chechnya.

According to Ucha Nanuashvili, the detainee claims he knew only one of the people killed in the special operation, the "Sputnik Georgia" reports.
