Amina Okueva, an activist of the "Free Caucasus" movement, was killed near the village of Glevakha near Kiev; her husband Adam Osmaev was wounded, Anton Geraschenko, an advisor to the head of the Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has stated.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on June 1, in Kiev, an assault was committed on Osmaeva and Okueva.

That attempt was committed by Arthur Denisultanov (Kurmakaev), nicknamed "Dingo", a native of Chechnya, the media reported. He was a suspect in the case of the murder in Vienna of Umar Israilov, the bodyguard of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov.

Unidentified attackers shelled the car with Osmaeva and Okueva at the railway crossing, Mr Geraschenko wrote in the Facebook.
