HRC "Memorial": photos of killed militants stuck to gate of destroyed Yusupovs' house

Rights defenders have confirmed that in the Kizlyar District of Dagestan, houses of militants' family members were blown up. The house of the Adjiniyazov family was partially destroyed, and the house of the Yusupov family was almost completely destroyed. Meanwhile, law enforcers attached photos of the killed militants to the gate of the house, and members of the family perceived that as an act of intimidation, the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial" reports.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that 29-year-old Djumageldi Adjiniyazov and Kamal Ibragimov were killed in a special operation in the Babayurt District. Law enforcers are looking for 28-year-old Shamil Yusupov, the third suspected militant. On October 2, it became known that law enforcers blew up houses in which the parents of the suspected militants lived in the village of Bolshaya Zadoevka in the Kizlyar District. The law enforcers claimed there had been explosive devices in the houses.

The rights defenders have found out that the houses of the Adjiniyazov and Yusupov families were blown up on October 1. Meanwhile, according to the law enforcement agencies, Djumageldi Adjiniyazov and Kamal Ibragimov were killed at night on October 2.

Abulmuslim Yusupov, the father of Shamil Yusupov, said that no prohibited items were stored in the house. According to him, after blowing up the house, law enforcers attached to the gate the photos to the dead bodies of Kamal Ibragimov and Djumageldi Adjiniyazov.

Abulmuslim Yusupov has taken that act as a hint that his son will face the same fate when he is found.
