NAC reports on six militants killed in Ingushetia

In the course of the counterterrorist operation (CTO) carried out in Nazran and the village of Gazi-Yurt, six militants were killed, including a member of the terrorist organization "Islamic State", banned in Russia. This was reported by the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC).

In Nazran, three suspected militants were killed in the assault of a private house. In the village of Gazi-Yurt, law enforcers blocked a private house, and two suspected militants were killed in a shootout.

According to a source from the law enforcement bodies, four militants, including a woman, were killed in Nazran, and a man and a woman were killed in the village of Gazi-Yurt, the RIA "Novosti" reports.

In the village of Gazi-Yurt, spouses Rustam Aushev and Zulfiya Ausheva rendered resistance and were killed, reports a source from the law enforcement bodies.

According to the NAC, the number of the killed suspects includes a delegate of the IS, who arrived from Syria.
