Ella Kesaeva and female journalists attacked in Beslan (+video)

Today, several young people have attacked journalists Elena Kostyuchenko and Diana Khachatryan, as well as Ella Kesaeva, the leader of the "Voice of Beslan". The attackers stole mobile phones from the victims and poured them with green paint.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 1, Elena Kostyuchenko, a journalist of the newspaper "Novaya Gazeta", and Diana Khachatryan from the edition "Takie Dela", were detained by policemen while shooting on video the action "Mothers of Beslan". However, they were released on the same day. Ella Kesaeva took part in the action, and for her involvement she was sentenced to public works by the court.

At 12:49 a.m., the today's attack on the journalists was reported in Twitter by Dmitry Aleshkovsky, a founder of the publication "Takie Dela".

"Elena Kostyuchenko and Diana Khachatryan were attacked in Beslan. The attackers stole mobile phones from them and poured them with green paint. The police did not interfere... Several hours before the attack, Diana was told by 'power agents': "If there are provocations, we will expel you from here." And apparently, the incident was staged for the above reason," he wrote.
