In Yerevan, all detained participants of opposition rally released
All the participants of an action in support of the armed group "Sasna Tsrer" (Daredevils of Sassoun), detained in Yerevan in the evening of August 4, were released after drawing up of the protocols on violation of the order of meetings and rallies. This was reported by the Armenian Police.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in the evening of August 4, during the march in the centre of Yerevan, about 400 supporters of the armed group "Sasna Tsrer" blocked Mashtots Avenue. They demanded to release all the detained rebels. 25 protesters were detained after the protest action, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed by a press officer of the Armenian Police immediately after the end of the march.
Today, the press service of the Armenian Police has reported that in the evening of August 4, the police detained 27 people after the rally in Freedom Square in Yerevan.
All of them are released after the protocols on administrative violations were drawn up in connection with the violation of the order of meetings and rallies, the "NEWS.am" reports.
