Resident of Dagestan demands to investigate alienation of his land plot

Visirpasha Musaev, a resident of Dagestan, has filed a complaint about the unfounded actions of the District Judge. Visirpasha Musaev is seeking the initiation of criminal proceedings on the alienation of a land plot in the centre of the village of Burtunai of the Kazbek District. According to an advocate of Visirpasha Musaev, the complaint about the Judge's actions was directed to the Qualification Board of Judges.

According to Visirpasha Musaev, in 1988, he bought a land plot in the village of Burtunai of the Kazbek District of Dagestan and built a house on it. In autumn of 2009, he left for the city of Orel on business, and when he returned, he learned that his land plot "had been bought by influential man" and the house had been demolished.

"Since 2010, Visirpasha Musaev is seeking the initiation of criminal proceedings on the fact of the demolition of his apartment building and falsification of documents. On January 28, 2016, we challenged the repeated refusal to institute criminal proceedings issued by the investigating authorities by sending an appeal to the Kazbek District Court," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told by advocate Musa Abdulkadirov, who represented the interest of Visirpasha Musaev.

According to him, during the court session, it became clear that "the new owner of the land plot had no documents confirming his right to the land plot." Nevertheless, on February 4, the Kazbek District Court pronounced the decision against the plaintiff, the advocate reports.

On March 22, the Visirpasha Musaev's advocate filed a complaint against the actions of the District Judge to the Qualification Board of Judges of the Republic of Dagestan. In his complaint, the advocate requests the Qualification Board "to give a legal assessment of the actions of the Judge of the Kazbek District Court."
