Power agents detain woman in special operation in Makhachkala

The woman, who left the house in Makhachkala, blocked in the course of a special operation, is kept by the police, said her mother.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that within the special operation in Makhachkala a multi-storey apartment house was blocked. According to preliminary data of power agents, three members of the "Makhachkala" grouping Zaur Begov, Abumuslim Gasanov and Mirzabek Idrisov were hiding there. When the woman with children left the house after negotiations, the blocked people opened fire. During the storm that followed the above three suspected militants were shot dead.

The woman – Patimat Begova – is the wife of Zaur Begov, not of Mirzabek Idrisov, as reported earlier; and she is eight months pregnant. She came out of the blocked house before the storm at about 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. along with her two small children, Almaz Bekbulatova, Patimat's mother, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

The woman handed over her children to her parents; and was taken by agents to the Leninsky ROVD of Makhachkala, where she is kept to this moment.

According to Almaz Bekbulatova, she did not know who was in the blocked apartment with her son-in-law Zaur Begov.
