Investigators claim a suicide of a soldier in Karabakh
A soldier of the Defence Army of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) committed suicide, but was not shot dead, Armenian investigators have announced a preliminary version of the young man's death.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Arthur Markaryan, a soldier of the Defence Army of the NKR, who served in a military unit in the south-eastern direction, died on December 4. It was initially reported that he received a gunshot wound.
The young man committed suicide, investigators have announced their preliminary version. A criminal case has been opened under article of incitement to suicide, the "NEWS.am" writes with reference to the country's Investigating Committee and adds that Markaryan was 19 years old.
