1,473,284 voters took part in Georgian parliamentary elections, according to latest data

As of 11:00 local time, preliminary data of the Georgian Central Election Commission say 1,473,284 voters at 2,769 polling stations took part in the elections for the Georgian parliament. A source at the commission told it to the Novosti-Gruzia news agency on March 29.

The Central Election Commission also published information about the number of people who had voted in six election districts on the territory of Adjaria. Altogether 122,908 voters took part in the elections in the autonomous republic.

The 28 March elections for the Georgian parliament were held at 2,867 polling stations, 265 of them being opened in Adjaria.
