Ingush branch of "Russia's National Security" Party demands to bring to justice those who desecrated Koran

On January 7, Visit Tsoroev, the leader of the regional branch of the political party "Russia's National Security" in the Republic of Ingushetia, filed a complaint to law enforcement bodies demanding to prosecute a group of citizens who burned the Koran. The video record of the desecration of the Muslim holy book was posted on the "YouTube".

The video records that show a group of citizens performing unlawful actions against visitors from Caucasus in the Moscow subway has been posted on the Internet after the terror acts in Volgograd. The video record shows scenes of beating of a young man, where he was forced to renounce his religion, while the attackers express obscene insults against Muslims and their religion. Another video record shows a group of persons burning the holy book of Muslims the Koran, and the actions are accompanied by obscene words.

"We demand to give a legal assessment of the actions of the persons in the above video records, take measures to identify those persons and bring them to justice," Visit Tsoroev said in his interview to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

Visit Tsoroev has filed his complaint to Yuri Chaika, the Russian General Prosecutor, Alexander Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF), and Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Russian Minister of Internal Affairs.
