The Rabbi was hospitalized to the central hospital of Derbent in serious condition with a through wound, and he fell into a coma.
Late in the evening, Ovadiya Isakov was brought to the hospital "Beilinson" of the Israeli city of Petah Tikva. At present, doctors assessed the state of the Rabbi as serious, but stable, the "ITAR-TASS" reports with reference to Rabbi Aaron Gurevich.
According to the Aaron Gurevich's report, Rabbi Isakov is unconscious. "However, the doctors are optimistic, though they hesitate to do any long-term forecasts..."
